FitLogic collects limited information necessary to provide our size recommendation service.

Merchant Data

• Your Shopify store domain
• Selected subscription plan
• Language preference
• Size chart configurations you create within the App

Customer Data (via “Find My Size” Feature)

• Height measurements
• Weight measurements
• Fit preference selections

These measurements are submitted voluntarily by customers when they choose to use the size recommendation feature. We do not collect customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information from storefront visitors. All customer measurement data is stored anonymously and cannot be linked back to individual customers.

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our size recommendation service:

• Merchant store information is used to authenticate your account, manage your subscription, and deliver size recommendations on your storefront
• Customer measurement data is used to calculate and provide instant size recommendations
• Aggregate measurement data helps merchants understand sizing trends and popular size distributions

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use customer measurement data for any purpose other than providing size recommendations and anonymous analytics to merchants.

All data is stored securely on servers hosted by Railway, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider, with databases managed through PostgreSQL. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication through Shopify’s OAuth system
• Access controls to protect your data
• Shopify session data stored securely and managed according to Shopify’s security requirements

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain merchant account data for as long as the App remains installed on your Shopify store. When you uninstall FitLogic:

• Your session data is immediately removed
• Within 48 hours of uninstallation, when we receive Shopify’s shop redaction webhook, we permanently delete all associated data including your shop record, all size charts, all size entries, and all recommendation logs

For customer measurement data, we retain anonymous recommendation logs to provide merchants with analytics. Since this data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to individual customers, it poses no privacy risk. Merchants on paid plans can view aggregate analytics of this data through their dashboard.

FitLogic is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Shopify’s mandatory privacy requirements. We respond to all Shopify compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request — customer data access requests
• customers/redact — customer data redaction requests
• shop/redact — shop data deletion requests

Since FitLogic does not store any personally identifiable customer information or link measurement data to customer accounts, there is no personal data to export or delete. All measurement data we collect is anonymous by design. For merchants in the European Economic Area, Middle East, or other regions with data protection regulations, our data minimization approach ensures compliance by collecting only what is necessary for the service to function.

FitLogic integrates exclusively with Shopify and does not share data with any other third-party services:

• We use Shopify’s Billing API to process subscription payments — we never directly access or store your payment information
• All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify
• We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or any external tools that would have access to merchant or customer data

The only data transmission that occurs is between your Shopify store, our secure servers, and back to your storefront to display size recommendations.

FitLogic does not use cookies to track customers on merchant storefronts. The size recommendation widget operates entirely through direct API calls and does not store any information in the customer’s browser. For merchants using the FitLogic admin dashboard within Shopify, standard Shopify session management applies as governed by Shopify’s own privacy policy.

FitLogic is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The App is designed for use by Shopify merchants and their adult customers. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

Merchants have the right to access, update, or delete their data at any time:

• Modify your size charts directly through the FitLogic dashboard
• Update your language preferences and subscription plan at any time
• Delete all your data by simply uninstalling the App from your Shopify store — all associated data will be permanently removed within 48 hours

Continued use of FitLogic after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
